Who we are

Since 1980, we have been performing surveying with millimetre and submillimeter accuracy within the offshore segment, onshore and offshore.

In 2000, we did our first underwater measurement using a single-camera system and photogrammetry. We have been involved in more than 150 projects and 500 measurements.

In 2016 we started on a journey to develop a system with multiple cameras. This system can be used within industries where 3D measurements are required and surpasses single and stereo systems in all aspects. 3D models can be acquired for stationary and moving objects with ease. It can be utilized in air and under water.

What we do

We provide design, prototyping, and programming services to the industry within the field of metrology (measurements) underwater.

Our main focus is:

Sensors for underwater use, acquiring images
Software for sensor handling and image processing
Data handling and reporting

Our main goal is to design and manufacture prototypes for our clients that they can take into production. The client can decide if they want us to produce more sensor systems or if they will do it themselves.

Experience

Within Oil&Gas

We have been working with high-accurate surveying since 1980. With millimeter and submillimeter accuracy on steel constructions like jackets, topsites, and subsea structures.

Over the years, we have been involved in many types of methodologies where the accuracy requirements have been sub-millimeters.

In the Year 2000, we did our first underwater metrology using images as input for photogrammetry.

The project involved measuring with +/- 0.2-millimeter accuracy within an area of 1 by 2 meters.

The project was a success, and the rest is part of our story.

Since the year 2000, we have been involved in more than 150 projects and 500 metrologies.

Within aquaculture

Since the Year 2016, we have been involved in the aqua sector developing sensors for the industry.

This industry is different from the oil and gas industry since the object to be measured is moving.

So, for this industry, we had to think differently from the oil and gas where the survey object is not moving.

The solution is sensors with multiple cameras. This makes it possible to acquire the necessary information every time a set of images is acquired.
